The 8 Vineyards estate pays maximum attention to the quality of the grapes, which gives winemaker Christoph the best possible basis for making quality wine. The vineyards lie on the Neusiedlersee, which has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 2001. The microclimate provides optimal conditions for making excellent wines.
Winemaker Christoph Münzenrieder and co-owner Peter Münzenrieder give priority to precise and intensive pruning, so that the grapes are in optimal condition and can be grown sustainably, with respect for flora and fauna.
