Moselland
A cooperative from 1968 in Bernkastel-Kues. Lighter bottles, recycled plastic, power off their own roof.

Moselland is a modern wine company from Bernkastel-Kues. It is a cooperative, founded (in 1968) by a group of growers and small cooperatives who pooled their knowledge, skills and financial resources in order to make better wines by investing in better machinery. Moselland specialises in making affordable quality wines.
On sustainability, they use recycled plastic, glass bottles kept to a minimum weight and solar panels to generate electricity, and they have a policy of using as little water as possible and keeping the water they do use as clean as possible. They also hold Sedex accreditation for social responsibility.
