Bodegas Campoameno
Three families fermenting together since 2002. Limestone and slate, between 350 and 750 metres of altitude.

Bodegas Campoameno grew out of a partnership between 3 families who have been active in winegrowing for many years. The families began working together in 2002, which gave them access to a range of grape varieties, including the popular Verdejo. Thanks to this partnership they were able to invest in, among other things, new techniques and equipment that let them ferment the grapes at a controlled temperature.
The grapes grow at an altitude of 350 to 750 metres on a soil of limestone and slate. This allows the Tempranillo to develop particularly well. The families look after the vineyards exceptionally well, and thanks to the dry microclimate the grapes can grow with respect for nature and insect life. This wine is therefore made to the strictest sustainability standards. Through its innovation, sustainability and quality, Bodegas Campoameno ranks among the top 10 wineries in Spain. They are very proud of that, and so are we.
